The aim of this work is to analyze different methods of extrajudical dispute resolutions, its basic purpose and aim which is the fastest and most efficient resolution of the dispute in accordance with applicable legislation. Cieľom bakalárskej práce, je analýza jednotlivých spôsobov mimosúdneho riešenia sporov, ktorých základným zmyslom a cieľom je čo najrýchlejšie a nejefektívnejšie vyriešenie sporu, v súlade s platnou legislatívou.
