Cílem této diplomové práce je komplexní analýza institutu veřejného užívání pozemních komunikací. Obsahem je zejména vymezení základních pojmů, dále se věnuje rozdělení pozemních komunikací a jejich charakteristice, detailně se zaměřuje na institut obecného a zvláštního užívání, nejprve obecně a poté v souvislosti k pozemním komunikacím. The thesis is focused on complex analysis of the institute of public usage of roads. Basic concepts, as well as division of roads and their characteristics are explained, especially the concept of general and special usage, first in general and then in relation to roads.
