The purpose of this bachelor’s thesis is to explain in more detail enforcement, its legislation and changes in this legislation that have been essential for the area of enforcement. Enforcement of the decision provided by bailiffs, in exceptional cases by court, shall be based on enforcement orders and provided in lawful manner. Cieľom bakalárskej práce je priblížiť výkon rozhodnutia, jeho právnu úpravu a zmeny v tejto právnej úprave, ktoré boli pre oblasť výkonu rozhodnutia zásadné. Nútený výkon rozhodnutí prostredníctvom exekútorov, ako aj vo výnimočných prípadoch prostredníctvom súdu sa vykonáva na základe exekučných titulov a zákonnými spôsobmi.
