Action program in the area of lifelong learning 2007 - 2013 and possibilities of its use in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Akční program v oblasti celoživotního vzdělávání 2007 – 2013 a možnosti jeho využití v ČR“ je analýza fungování Programu celoživotního učení v České republice se zvláštním zaměřením na sektorální program Grundtvig zabývající se vzděláváním dospělých. Cílem práce je na příkladu aktivity Projekty partnerství nastínit možnosti využití programu Grundtvig v České republice. Praktická část práce je věnována zpracování výsledků expertních šetření, která byla provedena s řešiteli Projektů partnerství. Dále se zabývá zhodnocením užitečnosti programu Grundtvig vůči jiným zdrojům veřejných financí. Zhodnocení je provedeno na základě komparace Projektů partnerství s jinak financovanými projekty v oblasti vzdělávání dospělých.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis “Action programme in the area of lifelong learning 2007 – 2013 and possibilities of its use in the Czech Republic” is to analyse functioning of the Lifelong Learning Programme in the Czech Republic. The thesis is particularly focused on the sectoral program Grundtvig which deals with adult education. The example of the activity “Learning Partnerships” illustrates the possibilities of use of Grundtvig. The practical part of the thesis analyses results of expert interviews which were conducted with people involved in Learning Partnerships projects. Also, the utility of Grundtvig is examined. Evaluation is based on the comparison between Learning Partnerships projects and other adult education projects financed from different public resources.
