Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá řešením energetické nehospodárnosti technologie výrobního podniku, jejímž hlavním projevem je vypadávání řídicích jednotek CNC strojů v důsledku poklesů napětí. Analýza problematiky nehospodárnosti je provedena z pohledu normy ČSN EN 50160, která zahrnuje i výčet možných příčin poklesů napětí ve výrobním podniku. Práce obsahuje výsledky několika měření, která byla provedena za účelem zjištění, zda některé z možných příčin skutečně poklesy napětí způsobují. Na základě provedené analýzy a měření jsou navržena možná opatření, která by mohla vést k eliminaci problémů. Ta jsou na závěr zhodnocena.

Abstract:

The master thesis deals with solution of the inefficiency in the manufacturing plant technology. The main problem is the occasional failure of the CNC machines control units as a result of voltage drops. The analysis of the inefficiency is done based on the standard ČSN EN 50160. It includes also the list of potential reasons of voltage drops. The thesis contains the results of several measurements that were done to verify the conclusions of the analysis. Based on the analysis and measurements, possible arrangements for elimination of the problems are proposed. They are evaluated in the end.
