Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout a vytvořit edukační plán pro těhotné ženy o alternativních metodách k porodu. Dílčím cílem bylo vytvoření edukační brožury. Edukovány byly celkem 4 těhotné ženy. Dvě ženy v domácím prostředí a dvě ženy v nemocničním prostředí. Edukace proběhla individuální formou, která umožnila zaměřit se na hlavní nedostatky a zájmy edukovaných žen. Proces edukace obsahoval 5 fází, mezi které patří posouzení, stanovení edukační diagnózy, plánování, realizace a vyhodnocení edukace. Edukace byla naplánována ve dvou edukačních jednotkách. První edukační jednotka se zaměřovala na teorii a druhá na praktický nácvik alternativních metod (masáž, polohy k porodu, použití šátku Rebozo). Posouzení klientek proběhlo na základě vstupního znalostního testu a rozhovoru s klientkou. Dále byly stanoveny edukační diagnózy a sestaven edukační plán. Na konci edukace byla klientkám rozdána edukační brožura. Po třech měsících po provedené edukaci byl klientkám zaslán výstupní znalostní test, ze kterého vyplynulo, že edukace byla úspěšná.

Abstract:

The main objective of this bachelor thesis was to design and develop an educational plan for pregnant women about alternative methods to childbirth. A sub-objective was to create an educational brochure. A total of 4 pregnant women were educated. Two women at home and two women in hospital. The education was done in an individual way which allowed focusing on the main weaknesses and concerns of the educated women. The process of education included 5 phases which include assessment, educational diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of education. The education was planned in two educational units. The first educational unit focused on theory and the second on practical training of alternative methods (massage, positions for delivery, use of Rebozo scarf). The assessment of the clients was based on an entry knowledge test and an interview with the client. Next educational diagnoses were made and an educational plan was drawn up. At the end of the educational process, an educational booklet was given to the clients. Three months after the education, an exit knowledge test was sent to the clients, which showed that the education was successful.
