Abstract:

Tato absolventská práce se zabývá problematikou čínských uprchlíků křesťanského vyznání v České republice s cílem vytvoření podkladu pro kvalitativní výzkum zaměřen na integraci čínských křesťanských uprchlíků do české společnosti. Práce využívá metodu kompilace. V teoretické části jsem se věnovala integraci z úhlu pohledu možných bariér a faktorů, které integraci ovlivňují, vládnímu dokumentu Koncepci integraci cizinců a základním institucím a organizacím, jež jsou pro integraci cizinců významné. Stručně jsem se zabývala azylovou legislativou v ČR, jež se situací čínských uprchlíků úzce souvisí. Dále jsem popsala konkrétní situaci čínských uprchlíků na našem území s ohledem na jejich proces řízení o udělení azylu a vysvětlila jsem problematiku křesťanství v Číně se zaměřením na podzemní církve. V metodologické části jsem následně definovala výzkumný cíl, výzkumné otázky, výzkumný soubor, metodu získávání dat, pravidla a etické chování při výzkumu, proceduru sběru dat. Tato práce slouží jako podklad pro navazující bakalářskou práci, ve které bude proveden kvalitativní výzkum.

Abstract:

This graduation thesis deals with the issue of Chinese Christian refugees in the Czech Republic with the aim of creating a basis for a qualitative research focused on the integration of the Chinese Christian refugees into the Czech society. The method used is compilation. The theoretical part deals with the integration from the perspective of possible barriers and factors that influence integration, the government document The Conception of Integration of Foreigners and the basic institutions and organizations which are important for the integration of foreigners. It deals briefly with the asylum legislation in the Czech Republic, which is closely related to the situation of the Chinese refugees. It also describes the specific situation of the Chinese refugees in our country with regard to their asylum procedure and explains the issue of Christianity in China with a focus on underground church. The methodological part subsequently presents the research goal, research questions, research sample, method of data acquisition, rules and ethical behavior in research, and the procedure of data collection. This thesis serves as the basis for the continuing bachelor thesis, in which qualitative research will be conducted.
