Tématem této bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro rekonstrukci a nástavbu bytového domu v Plzni. Tato práce je na úrovni dokumentace pro stavební povolení. Dalšími úkoly této práce bylo zpracování statického posouzení vybrané partie objektu a posouzení vybrané partie objektu z hlediska požární odolnosti konstrukce. The subject of this thesis is processing of project documentation for reconstruction and extension residential building in Pilsen. This thesis is on documentation level for building permission. Next task is processing of structural survey of selected parts of the building and an assessment of selected parts of the object in terms of fire resistance.
