The author law in media
Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o problematice autorského práva. Nejprve vymezuje a charakterizuje základní pojmy autorského práva a pojmy s autorským právem související. Dále se věnuje konkrétním druhům autorských děl, osobnostním a majetkovým právům autora. Závěr je zaměřen na souhrn právních prostředků ochrany autorského práva.
Abstract:
This thesis explains basic concepts of author low. First chapters contain legal definition of the copyright and related legal concepts and varieties of such author productions which are demonstrated in the Author act. Then the attention was paid in particular to author of the artwork, personal and property rights of the author, their limitation and protection.
