Analysis of the position of a chosen catering facility in the hospitality market
Abstract:
Cílem teto práce je zpracování analýzy postavení americké restaurace Jáma na trhu pohostinských služeb v Praze, zaměřených na americkou kuchyni. Podle požadavku majitele v analýze porovnány nezávislé restaurace a americké řetězce fungující na pražském trhu. Na základě provedené analýzy navrženy možné změny na zlepšení a zajištění výhodné pozice na trhu.
Abstract:
The aim of this Bachelor's thesis is to make an analysis of the position of the American restaurant Jáma in the hospitality market in Prague, among the restaurants that are focused on American cuisine. As required by the owner of the Jáma, the analysis consist of comparison of the independent American restaurants and restaurant chains operating in the Prague's market.
