Téma této bakalářské práce pojednává o historii a současném stavu skotské kuchyně. V úvodu jsou nastíněny některé aspekty, které kuchyni ovlivňují. Práce dále popisuje vývoj a zásadní momenty skotské kuchyně v průběhu historie.
