Education of patients with celiac disease

Abstract:

ABSTRAKT Cíl: Edukace pacientů trpících celiakií o patogenezi, příznacích, diagnostice, léčbě a úpravě životního stylu. Metodika: Kazuistika byla poskytnuta studentkou 3. ročníku Západočeské univerzity, oboru Zdravotnický záchranář. Edukační plán byl vytvořen na základě analýzy získané kazuistiky a byl vytvořen na základě vzoru edukace v knize (Zásady edukace v ošetřovatelské praxi) autorky P. Juřeníkové (2010) a také realizován standardizovaným hodnotícím nástrojem ? Nanda taxonomie II (Ošetřovatelské diagnózy v NANDA doménách) autorky J. Marečkové (2006). Výsledky: Na základě analýzy kazuistiky byly získány tři edukační diagnózy, na jejichž základě byl vytvořený edukační plán, který byl utvořen po individuální konzultaci s klientkou. Klientka byla poučena o třech různých problematikách celiakie. První oblasti byly příčiny vzniku, druhou oblasti byly metody diagnostiky a třetí komplikace onemocnění a je projevy. Klientka pochopila a zapamatovala si výklad problematiky celiakie. Individuální utvoření edukace klientce vyhovovalo a byla s ní velice spokojená. Závěr: Edukace je velice důležitým bodem Ošetřovatelském plánu, stejně jako její provedení, protože při správném provedení je možnost seznámit pacienty s danou problematikou ještě lépe. Abstract:

Objective: Education of patients with celiac disease pathogenesis, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment and lifestyle modification. Methods: Case report was provided to the third student year of the West University area Paramedic. Educational plan was developed based on analysis of collected case reports and was based on the model of education in the book (Principles of education in nursing practice) author P. Juřeníková (2010) and implemented a standardized assessment tool - NANDA Taxonomy II (nursing diagnoses in the NANDA domains) author J. Marečková (2006). Results: The analysis of case histories were obtained at three educational diagnoses on the basis of the educational plan was developed, which was formed after consultation with the individual client. The client was advised by three different issues celiac disease. First were the causes, the other the methods of diagnosis and third complications illnesses and symptoms. The client understood and assimilated the interpretation problems of celiac disease. Individual client to accommodate the formation of education and was very happy with it. Conclusion: Education is very important point nursing plan, as well as its performance, because when done properly, is the ability to advise patients on the issue even more.
