Bakalářská práce pojednává o motivaci a angažovanosti na pracovišti a jejich významu pro úspěšné řízení lidských zdrojů. V úvodu je zdůrazněn význam odměňování a benefity pro motivaci zaměstnanců a jsou popsány různé úrovně Maslovovy pyramidy potřeb v aplikaci na pracovní oblast.
