Business Plan – Sauna Drive

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem podnikatelský plán projektu Sauna Drive. Sauna Drive je projektem představující inovativní službu pronájmu mobilní sauny. Primárním cílem je prověření proveditelnosti a životaschopnosti projektu. Výsledkem je komplexní podnikatelský plán pro spuštění Sauna Drive reagující na trendy a nabízející inovativní relaxaci a odpočinek. Struktura práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, která představuje charakteristiku jednotlivých částí podnikatelského plánu, včetně ekonomických, marketingových a právních aspektů projektu, a na analyticko-návrhovou část, jenž následně aplikuje teorii k vytvoření konkrétní strategie pro podnikání, marketingového plánu a především finančního plánu a analýz, které jsou nezbytné pro posouzení proveditelnosti projektu.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the business plan for the Sauna Drive project. Sauna Drive is an innovative mobile sauna rental service project. The main objective is to assess the feasibility and profitability of the project. The result is a comprehensive business plan for the launch of Sauna Drive, which responds to trends and offers relaxation and leisure in an innovative way. The structure of the work is divided into a theoretical part, which presents the characteristics of the individual sections of the business plan, including economic, marketing and legal aspects of the project, and an analytical and design part, in which the theory is then applied to create a specific business strategy, marketing plan and, most importantly, a financial plan and analyses necessary to assess the feasibility of the project.
