The proposal of online marketing campaign to get a new employees for selected organization

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku online marketingové strategie ve vztahu k personálnímu marketingu. Cílem práce je navržení marketingové kampaně v online prostředí pro akvizici nových zaměstnanců vybrané firmy. Kampaň je navržena na konkrétní pracovní pozici "Konzultant IT" kombinací různých forem online marketingových nástrojů, zahrnující PPC kampaně, sociální sítě a webovou prezentaci. Na základě poznatků vycházejících z teorie je navržena kampaň s využitím modelu "See Think Do Care". Jednotlivé marketingové a komunikační kanály jsou specifikovány a optimálně zasazeny do jednotlivých fází modelu. Součástí je vlastní výzkum, jehož cílem je zjistit u současných studentů a absolventů jejich očekávání z hlediska motivace v budoucím zaměstnání, na jehož základě jsou jednotlivé reklamy v různých fázích marketingové kampaně formovány. V úvodu je charakterizován vybraný podnik z hlediska svého portfolia a pozice na trhu a podrobně specifikována vybraná pracovní pozice. V práci jsou představeny současné trendy personálního marketingu v online prostředí. V závěru je marketingová kampaň shrnuta do navrhovaného rozpočtu, včetně predikovaných výsledků a doporučení autora.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the issue of creating an online marketing strategy in the area of personal marketing. The aim of the thesis is to design a marketing campaign in the online environment for the acquisition of new employees for the selected company. The campaign is designed for a specific IT Consultant position, and combines various forms of online marketing tools, including PPC campaigns, social networks, and web presence. Based on theoretical knowledge, the proposed campaign uses the "See Think Do Care" model. Individual marketing and communication channels are strategically integrated into the individual phases of the model. The marketing campaign also incorporates in-house research aimed at identifying the expectations of current students and graduatesand also their motivations for future employment. Based on this research, specifically targeted advertisements are formed at different stages of the marketing campaign. In the introduction, the selected company is characterized in terms of its portfolio and market position, and the target job position is specified in detail. The current trends in personal marketing in the online environment are considered. In conclusion, the marketing campaign is summarized, and included in a budget proposal, including predicted results and author's recommendations.
