Postavení poslance v Poslanecké sněmovně České republiky

The position of deputy in the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Práce popisuje poslance, jako člena zákonodárného sboru, jeho práva a povinnosti a porovnává jeho status od vzniku ČSR až po současnost. V práci je dále okrajově zmíněno pro porovnání postavení senátora. V druhé části je práce zaměřena na vznik, trvání a zánik mandátu a na odměnu za práci včetně příplatků.
Abstract:
This work describes the Members of the Legislative Assembly as a member of his rights and obligations and compares the status of the establishment of Czechoslovakia to the present. The work is also mentioned in passing to compare the position of senator. In the second part of the thesis focuses on the formation, duration and termination of the mandate and to pay including bonuses.
