Sustainable public procurement in the Czech Republic and in Germany
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá odpovědným veřejným zadáváním v České republice, především v kontextu nové povinnosti zohledňovat zásady odpovědného zadávání. V práci jsou rozebrána aktuální rozhodnutí Úřadu pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže týkající se uplatňování těchto zásad. Dále se práce zabývá komparací české úpravy s právní úpravou německou a vyvozuje z ní závěry de lege ferenda.

The thesis deals with strategic public procurement in the Czech Republic, especially in the context of the new obligation to take into account the principles of strategic public procurement. The paper discusses recent decisions of the Office for the Protection of Competition concerning the application of these principles.
