Abstract:

ANNOTATION The main characteristic of this work is to describe the mechanisms of business’s financial plan formulation and the tasks which the financial plan represents in the enterprise planning process. The work itself is concerned with the definition of the chief concepts regarding financial planning, methods of the financial plan formulation, as well as with the creation of a concrete financial plan for a chosen enterprise. Planning can be defined as a basic, initial function in the control process inevitable for further functions in the enterprise as organization, personnel management and humane resources management, management, interpersonal influence and control. Planning represents a decision making process, ergo decision making about future values of enterprise activity. It is an activity, which heads into the future. Financial plan is a document, in which the present and future needs of resources are standing against existing present and future expected financial resources for their cover, ergo it is conceived for a certain period (temporal horizon plan) in advance and budgets receipts and expenditures. The own aim of this work is to formulate a financial plan for a chosen enterprise, as well as propose improvements concerning the creation of the financial plan.

ANOTÁCIA Hlavnou charakteristikou práce je popísanie mechanizmov zostavovania finančných plánov podniku a úlohy, ktorú finančný plán zohráva v plánovaní podniku. Práca sa zaoberá definíciou hlavných pojmov, metódami zostavovania finančných plánov ako aj vypracovaním finančného plánu pre vybraný podnik. Plánovanie môžeme definovať ako základnú, východiskovú funkciu v procese riadenia pre výkon ďalších funkcií ako sú organizovanie, personalistika a riadenie ľudských zdrojov, vedenie, interpersonálne vplyvy a kontrola. Plánovanie predstavuje rozhodovací proces, teda rozhodovanie o budúcich hodnotách podnikovej činnosti. Je to činnosť, ktorá smeruje do budúcnosti. Finančný plán je dokument, v ktorom sú proti sebe postavené súčasná a budúca potreba finančných prostriedkov a momentálne existujúce a budúce očakávané zdroje na ich krytie, t.j. na isté obdobie (časový horizont plánu) vopred rozpočítané príjmy a výdavky. Vlastným zámerom tejto práce je zostavenie finančného plánu pre vybraný podnik, ako aj navrhnúť možnosti zlepšenia vzhľadom na zostavený finančný plán.
