Service relationship of members of the security corps

Anotace:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou služebního poměru a pracovního poměru. Zaměřuje se na jejich specifikace, odlišnosti, společné znaky a jejich komparaci. V teoretické částí se zabývá charakteristikou bezpečnostních sborů s důrazem na PČR, vznikem služebního poměru, se zaměřením na přijímací řízení k Policii České republiky, ale i změnou a zánikem služebního poměru. V této části je zahrnuta také specifikace kázeňských odměn či trestů a možnost vedlejší výdělečné činnosti u Policie České republiky. Následně v praktické části této práce jsou využity metody komparace, obsahové analýzy a výzkum ve formě dotazníkového šetření, týkající se přijímacího řízení k PČR. Závěrem této práce je zhodnocení komparace a obsahové analýzy se zaměřením na dané společné znaky a odlišnosti služebního a pracovního poměru, zodpovězení stanovených výzkumných otázek a vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of service relationship and employment relationship. It focuses on their specifications, differences, common features and their comparison. In the theoretical part, it deals with the characteristics of security forces with an emphasis on the PČR, the creation of a service relationship, with a focus on the recruitment process for the Police of the Czech Republic, but also the change and termination of a service relationship. This section also includes the specification of disciplinary rewards or punishments and the possibility of secondary income-earning activities with the Police of the Czech Republic. Subsequently, in the practical part of this work, the methods of comparison, content analysis and research in the form of a questionnaire survey are used, regarding the admission procedure to the PČR. The conclusion of this work is the evaluation of the comparison and content analysis with a focus on the given common features and differences of the service and employment relationship, the answers to the set research questions and the evaluation of the questionnaire survey.
