Endangered cultural - historical sights of Říčany - the case of ruin in Říčany

Abstract:

Práce představuje zříceninu hradu v Říčanech jako jeden z příkladů ohrožených kulturně historických památek. Je rozdělena na dvě části. První, obecná část, mapuje systém památkové péče v České republice. Věnuje se historii tohoto systému, jeho fungování a také financování. Druhá část se zaměřuje již pouze na hradní zříceninu. Představuje její historii, přibližuje původní vzhled a architektonické zvláštnosti. Popisuje také kroky památkové péče, které zde byly v průběhu péče o památku uplatňovány, a identifikuje její největší problémy. Zároveň hodnotí přínos zříceniny pro místní cestovní ruch a přikládá návrhy na zvýšení atraktivity této památky a doporučení, jakým způsobem o ni v budoucnu co nejvhodněji pečovat. Práce je doplněna o rozhovory s hlavními protagonisty místní památkové péče. Tématem těchto rozhovorů je jak činnost a hlavní problémy místní památkové péče obecně, tak také péče o samotnou zříceninu a zhodnocení jejího významu pro místní cestovní ruch.

Abstract:

The thesis introduces the ruin of the castle in Říčany as one of the examples of endangered cultural – historical sights. The thesis consists of two parts. The first one, general part, surveys the system of monument preservation in the Czech republic. It addresses history of this system, its operation and funding. The second part is entirely focused on the castle ruin. It introduces its history, presents its original feature and architectural particularity. Steps of monument preservation, which were administred during the preservation process here, are also described. It identifies its utmost problems as well. The thesis evaluates the contribution of the castle ruin towards local tourism and suggests ideas how to increase the monument attractivity and appropriate care. The thesis is supplemented by interviews with main protagonists of local monument preservation. Talking point of these interviews is both operation and main problems of local monument preservation and care of the ruin itself. Interviews also evaluate the contribution of the castle ruin towards local tourism.
