Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na exekuci správní, soudní a jejich vzájemné porovnání. V práci je popsán historický vývoj exekučního práva od samého počátku. Dále jsou zde rozebrány výše uvedené exekuce- konkrétně předpoklady pro exekuci, jejich druhy, průběh a způsoby plnění.
