Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tvorbou a vyhodnocením strategického plánu a to nejdříve v teoretické rovině a následně v rovině praktické. This diploma thesis deals with the elaboration and evaluation of the strategic plan, first in the theoretical plane and then in the practical plane.
