Facilities for Children Requiring Instant Aid on the territory of the Moravian-Silesian Region

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem zařízení pro děti vyžadující okamžitou pomoc v Moravskoslezském kraji. Jejím výzkumným cílem je analyzovat spolupráci sociálního pracovníka s rodiči dětí. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, která obsahuje pět na sebe navazujících kapitol a část praktickou. V teoretické části je popsána role sociálního pracovníka v těchto zařízeních a v souladu s cílem diplomové práce pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se sociálními pracovníky získány data. Ty jsou formou kvalitativního výzkumu zpracovány, analyzovány a interpretovány. Závěry práce poukazují na hlavní problémy komunikace sociálního pracovníka s rodiči. Odborné a laické veřejnosti práce pomáhá hledat cesty, jak umožnit návrat dítěte do takového rodinného prostředí, kde má pocit bezpečí a předpoklady pro další rozvoj.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the topic Facilities for Children Requiring Instant Aid on the territory of the Moravian-Silesian Region. Its research goal is to analyze the cooperation of social worker with parents of children. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, which contains five consecutive chapters and a practical one. The theoretical part describes the role of social worker in these facilities and in accordance with the aim of the thesis using semistructured interviews with social workers obtained data. They are processed, analyzed and interpreted in the form of qualitative research. Conclusions of the thesis point to the main problems of communication between social worker and parents. The professional and lay public helps to find ways to enable the child to return to a family environment where he feels safe and prerequisites for further development.
