Bakalářská práce se věnuje právním předpisům a přestupkům, které se týkají živnostenského podnikání. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část obsahuje dvě kapitoly. The bachelor's thesis is devoted to legal regulations and offenses related to trade. The work is divided into two parts. The first part contains two chapters.
