Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje celkovou nabídku bezlepkových pokrmů stravovacích zařízení pro zákazníky s intolerancí lepku v oblasti Domažlice. This bachelor thesis analyzes the total offer of gluten-free meals for gluten-intolerant customers in Domažlice. It evaluates especially its quality, which is rather insufficient, mainly because the owners of these catering facilities are not informed about this situation and do not pay enough attention to this issue.
