Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá " Kartami potřeb pro klienty nízkoprahových zařízení pro děti a mládež" (dále NZDM). Jedná se o pilotní projekt Ústeckého kraje s názvem "Projekt QUALITAS PRO PRAXIS 2". Karty potřeb slouží k zjišťování potřeb klientů. První část práce je zaměřena na teoretické souvislosti, které se vážou k samotnému tématu NZDM a kartám potřeb. Druhá část práce se soustředí na výsledky, zjištěné na základě dotazníků se sociálními pracovníky, pracujícími v nízkoprahových zařízeních pro děti a mládež analyzovat návrh karet potřeb. Cílem výzkumu je analyzovat návrh karet potřeb a zjistit jejich praktické využití v práci s uvedenou cílovou skupinou. Díky tomu zjistíme, které potřeby klientů se v zařízení nejčastěji naplňují a které je důležité sledovat v práci s uvedenou cílovou skupinou.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with "Needs cards for clients of low-threshold facilities for children and youth" (hereinafter NZDM). This is a pilot project of the Ústí Region called "QUALITAS PRO PRAXIS 2 Project". Needs cards are used to identify client needs. The first part of the thesis is focused on the theoretical context, which is related to the topic NZDM and needs cards. The second part of the thesis focuses on the results obtained from the questionnaires with social workers working in low-threshold facilities for children and youth to analyze the design of needs cards. The aim of the research is to analyze the design of needs cards and find out their practical use in working with the target group. As a result, we find out which clients' needs are most often met in the facility and which is important to monitor when working with the target group.
