Fines in the activities of the Financial Administration
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza činnosti Finanční správy se zaměřením na ukládání pokut. V práci jsou upřesněny základní pojmy, které se týkají správy daní. V teoretické části jsou popsány pokuty a další sankce, které Finanční správa ukládá daňovým subjektům. Praktická část je věnována analýze judikatury Nejvyššího správního soudu, která se týká pokut ukládaných při správě daní.
Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse the activities of the Financial Administration with a focus on the imposition of fines. The thesis specifies the basic concepts related to tax administration. The theoretical part describes fines and other sanctions imposed by the Tax Administration on tax subjects.
