Práce se zaměřuje na rozbor právní úpravy ochrany spotřebitele v aktuálně platném českém právu. Současně s ohledem na nově přijatý občanský zákoník poukazuje na změny, které nastanou v ochraně spotřebitele účinností tohoto zákona. The work primarily focuses on the analysis of consumer protection legislation in the currently valid Czech law. It also addresses changes in the area of consumer protection which will occur with forcing of newly approved Civil Code.
