Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na tématiku managementu hypotermie v podmínkách PNP. V teoretické části práce je popsána fyziologie termoregulace, hypotermie jako diagnóza a epidemiologie a patofyziologie hypotermie. Dále jsou zmíněny možné komplikace a rizika hypotermie u pacientů v PNP, správný postup zajištění takových pacientů a doporučené postupy akcidentální hypotermie a lavinové záchrany. Empi …more

The bachelor thesis focuses on the management of hypothermia in prehospital emergency care (PHEC) setting. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the phys-iology of thermoregulation, hypothermia as a diagnosis, and the epidemiology and pathophysiology of hypothermia.
