Tato práce se věnuje problematice odpovědnosti provozovatelů on-line médií (institucionalizovaných hromadných sdělovacích prostředků šířených prostřednictvím sítě Internet) za obsah šířených sdělení, konkrétně za neoprávněné zásahy do práva na ochranu osobnosti. This thesis focuses on the issue of liability of on-line media operators (institutionalized mass media disseminated via the Internet) for the content of distributed communication, specifically for the unlawful breaches of personality rights.
