Psychological Ownership and Identification with Organizations in Relation to the Value Preferences of Workers

Abstract:

Cílem práce je zjistit, zda se liší hodnoty spojené s psychologickým vlastnictvím od hodnot spojenými s identifikací s organizací. Práce využívá data, která byla získána prostřednictvím provedeného dotazníkového šetření. Dotazníky využité pro sběr dat mají potvrzenou validitu i reliabilitu a měřily míru psychologického vlastnictví a identifikace s organizací. Současně byly zjišťovány hodnotové orientace respondentů. Z vybrané organizace bylo získáno 38 odpovědí, které byly následně analyzovány pomocí statistických metod. Závěrem diplomové práce je nepotvrzení vztahu mezi psychologickým vlastnictvím a hodnotami ani mezi identifikací s organizací a hodnotami. Dále bylo zjištěno, že hodnoty spojené s psychologickým vlastnictvím se neliší od hodnot spojenými s identifikací s organizací. Psychologické vlastnictví a identifikace s organizací jsou podle výsledku diplomové práce součástí jednoho konceptu.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to find out whether the values associated with psychological ownership differ from the values associated with identification with the organization. The work uses data that was obtained through a questionnaire survey. The questionnaires used for data collection have confirmed validity and reliability and measured the degree of psychological ownership and identification with the organization. At the same time, the respondents' value orientations were ascertained. Thirty-eight responses were obtained from the selected organization, which were subsequently analyzed using statistical methods. The conclusion of the thesis is the non-confirmation of the relationship between psychological ownership and values or between identification with the organization and values. Furthermore, it was found that the values associated with psychological ownership do not differ from the values associated with identification with the organization. According to the results of the thesis, psychological ownership and identification with the organization are part of one concept.
