Bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem českého trhu v oblasti financování bytových potřeb klientů. This thesis deals with the development of the Czech market in financing the housing needs of clients. The first chapter focuses on the development of the banking sector in Czechoslovakia after 1989, the emergence of building societies and the introduction of mortgage loans.
