Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na tvorbu a správu diverzifikovaného investičního portfolia cenných papírů pro fyzické osoby. Cílem je vytvoření a správa 3 fiktivních investičních portfolií ve výši 100 000 USD s analýzou období 2012-2022. Předložená práce se zabývá 3 výzkumnými otázkami zkoumající výkonnost 3 portfolií. Zahrnuje praktické aspekty tvorby a správy portfolia, jako je analýza jednotlivých cenných papírů na základě ukazatelů, sledování a řízení rizika a vývoj portfolia v čase. Výstupem je umožnění čtenáři lépe pochopit danou problematiku a pomoci jim samostatně vytvářet a spravovat investiční portfolio s co nejnižším rizikem a co nejvyšším výnosem. Přináší v tomto případě poznatek, že ve sledovaném období bylo vhodné investovat do indexu S&P 500 či volit portfolio dynamického investora. Portfolia byla sestavena na základě rizikového profilu investorů. Potvrdila se teorie investičního trojúhelníku, kdy vysoký výnos zpravidla přináší vysoké riziko a nízkou likviditu. Práce se zaměřuje především na konkrétní portfolia a neanalyzuje trh cenných papírů jako celek.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the creation and management of a diversified investment portfolio of securities for individuals. The objective is to create and manage 3 fictitious investment portfolios of $100,000 with an analysis of the period 2012-2022. The present thesis addresses 3 research questions examining the performance of the 3 portfolios. It covers practical aspects of portfolio creation and management such as indicator-based analysis of individual securities, monitoring and risk management, and portfolio evolution over time. The outcome is to enable the reader to better understand the subject matter and help them independently create and manage an investment portfolio with the lowest risk and highest return. In this case, it provides the insight that it was appropriate to invest in the S&P 500 index or to choose a dynamic investor's portfolio during the period under review. The portfolios were constructed based on the risk profile of the investors. The theory of the investment triangle was confirmed, where a high return usually brings high risk and low liquidity. The paper focuses mainly on specific portfolios and does not analyse the stock market as a whole.
