Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zavedení metod jakosti ve společnosti PC Puls. V první části je vysvětlen pojem jakost a popisuje zavedení moderních metod řízení jakosti ve společnosti. Hlavní částí je analýza a provedený výzkum společnosti PC Puls. V závěru práce jsou navrženy doporučení pro zlepšení stávající situace společnosti.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on the introduction of quality methods in PC Puls. The first part explains the concept of quality and describes the introduction of modern quality management methods in the company. The main part is the analysis and research conducted by PC Puls. At the end of the thesis, recommendations for improving the current situation of the company are proposed.
