Abstract:

V závěrečné bakalářské práci se zabývám adaptací jedince v novém pracovním prostředí jako jednou z klíčových personálních činností každé organizace. Cílem práce je analyzovat adaptační proces a s ním spojenou komunikaci, motivaci a psychickou odolnost jedince v novém pracovním prostředí. V první kapitole práce vymezuji základní pojmy z teoretického hlediska a určuji, které faktory ovlivňují komunikaci, motivaci a psychickou stránku pracovníka v zaměstnání. Druhá kapitola se zabývá jednotlivými složkami řízení lidských zdrojů v podniku a postupně se dopracovávám až k třetí kapitole, tedy samotnému adaptačnímu procesu vycházejícímu z odborné literatury. Vlastní zpracování problematiky, vycházející z analýzy dokumentů, rozhovorů a mého pozorování je rozloženo do dvou kapitol. V první se zabývám rozhovory s nově zaměstnanými, ale také s personalisty, kteří mají přijímání nových pracovníků na starost. V druhé kapitole výpovědi obou stran porovnávám a vyvozuji závěr. Ve finální části hodnotím získané informace s cílem nalézt možnost zefektivnění celého adaptačního procesu s ohledem na současný stav problému.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on an adaptation of the individual person into the new working environment, as it is one of the key areas of every company’s Human Resources Management. The aim of the thesis is an analysis of the adaptation process, related communication, motivation and mental toughness of a person in the new working environment. First chapter is determining the basic terms from theoretical point of view, as well as clarify which factors influence the communication, motivation and mental side of the employee. Second chapter goes about individual parts of Human Resources Management in company that leads to third chapter, which deals with the adaptation process based on the used literature. The application part is based on the data gained from the analysis of the documents, interviews and my personal observations. This part is divided into two chapters as well. In first chapter description of data gained from interviews with newly employed individuals, as well as with the HR specialists responsible for the recruitment of them. In second chapter is described comparison process of data gained from both sides which leads to final results of the research. The evaluation of the results with the aim of improvement and streamlining the adaptation process with considering of current status is described in the Final part of the thesis.
