Indications providing from land register of immovables
Abstract:
Účelem a smyslem této bakalářské práce je bližší seznámení s problematikou poskytování údajů z katastru nemovitostí. V práci jsem se snažil zejména soustředit na problémy a úskalí jednotlivých forem poskytování údajů, právní úpravy a také bezúplatného poskytování údajů z katastru nemovitostí, především územně samosprávným celkům.
Abstract:
This Bachelor's work is intended for further identification with the problems of data delivery from land register. In my work I especially aimed to concentrate on problems and drawbacks of single forms of data delivery, legislation as well as free data delivery from the land register, especially to municipalities.
