Abstract:
Cytochromy P450 (CYP450) jsou hlavními enzymy první fáze biotransformace zpracovávající v lidském organismu širokou škálu látek endogenní i exogenní povahy. Změny v expresi CYP450 mohou vést k deregulaci metabolismu xenobiotik a ovlivnit vývoj i léčbu nádorového onemocnění včetně hepatocelulárního karcinomu (HCC). Abstract:
Cytochromes P450 (CYP450) are the major enzymes of the phase I of biotransformation, essential for metabolizing of a wide variety of endogenous and exogenous substances in human organism. Changes in the expression of CYP450 may lead to deregulation of xenobiotic metabolism and affect the development and treatment of cancer including hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
