Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou organizování akcí se zaměřením na Festival fantazie. Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza přístupu k organizování na této konkrétní akci, s užším zaměřením na lidské zdroje a na návrh řešení zjištěných problémů.
Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of organizing events with a focus on the Festival Fantazie. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to analyze the approach of organizing this particular event, with a closer focus on human resources, and to find the solution to the identified problems.
