Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou černých čajů pomocí kapilární izotachoforézy s vodivostní detekcí. V teoretické části je objasněn princip elektromigračních metod. This diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of different types of black tea by capillary electrophoresis with conductivity detection. In theoretical part are mentioned basic features of the electromigration methods.
