Stress as a factor affecting the work environment

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza dopadu stresu na pracovní výkon nejen v každodenním životě, ale i během pandemie COVID-19. V úvodní kapitole teoretické části charakterizuji stres, stresory a druhy stresu. Následně v této kapitole popisuji projevy stresu a jeho zvládání. Stresu v pracovním prostředí se věnuji ve druhé kapitole. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se zabývá prevencí stresu. V praktické části zkoumám stresové faktory působící na zdravotnické pracovníky. V závěru vyhodnocuji získané poznatky z dotazníkového šetření a dopad stresu v běžném pracovním životě, ale také v době pandemie.

Abstract:

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the analysis of the impact of stress on work performance not only in everyday life but also during the COVID-19 pandemic. In the theoretical part introduction, the stress, stressors and types of stress are characterized. Subsequently, the manifestations of stress and its management are described. The stress in the work environment is discussed in the second chapter. The last theoretical chapter deals with stress prevention. In the practical part, the stress factors acting on health care workers are analyzed. Finally, the questionnaire survey is evaluated, as well as the impact of stress in everyday working life, but also in times of pandemic.
