Research of Motivation and Interest in Recruiting New Members to the Army of the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je výzkum motivace a zájmu o nábor nových příslušníků do Armády České republiky. Práce se zabývá faktory, které ovlivňují rozhodování jednotlivců o vstupu do armády, jako jsou osobní, sociální, ekonomické a politické aspekty. Práce také zkoumá účinnost a efektivitu současných náborových kampaní. Práce využívá kvantitativní i kvalitativní metody výzkumu, jako je dotazníkové šetření, rozhovor, analýza dokumentů a statistické zpracování dat. Výsledky práce ukazují, že motivace a zájem o nábor do Armády České republiky jsou ovlivněny různými faktory, které se liší podle pohlaví, věku, vzdělání a regionu původu respondentů. Práce také navrhuje možná zlepšení a doporučení pro budoucí nábor.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to research the motivation and interest in recruiting new members to the Army of the Czech Republic. The work deals with factors that influence the decision-making of individuals about joining the army, such as personal, social, economic and political aspects. The work also examines the effectiveness and efficiency of current recruitment campaigns and strategie. The work uses quantitative and qualitative research methods, including questionnaire survey, interview, document analysis and statistical data processing. The results of the work show that motivation and interest in recruitment to the Army of the Czech republic are influenced by various factors that differ according to gender, age, education and region of origin of respondents. The work also proposes possible improvements and recommendations for future recruitment.
