Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou výrobních procesů v DT Technologies CZ, s.r.o. Čtenář je seznámen s celým podnikem z hlediska jejich konkurence, zákazníka, produktů, procesů, podnikové kultury a dokumentace. Je provedena analýza výrobních procesů pomocí metod VSM a TOC. Ve spolupráci s těmito metodami jsou navrženy návrhy optimalizace jednotlivých pracovišť a na závěr se v diplomové práce nachází …more
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the analysis of manufacturing processes in the specific company called DT Technologies CZ, s.r.o. The reader is acquainted with their competitors, customers, products, processes, corporate culture, and documentation.
