Diplomová práce se zabývá bezpečnostními riziky v silniční dopravě, mimořádnými událostmi, a především přestupky a trestnými činy spáchanými pod vlivem alkoholu a jiných návykových látek, jejichž vlivem dochází k dopravním nehodám. The diploma thesis deals with safety risks in road transport, emergencies, and especially offenses and crimes committed under the influence of alcohol and other addictive substances, which result in traffic accidents.
