Risks of the Internet and social media for minors

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou nebezpečí internetu a sociálních sítí u nezletilých. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy, jako například pojem nezletilý, internet a sociální sítě. Dále jsou uvedena možná rizika, která hrozí nezletilým při pohybu na internetu a sociálních sítích a negativní dopady na nezletilé. V závěru teoretické části jsou představeny organizace a sdružení, které se zabývají bezpečným pohybem na internetu a sociálních sítích a doporučení pro rodiče. Empirická část je vyhodnocena na základě dotazníkového šetření zaměřeného na nezletilé respondenty. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou doporučena možná preventivní opatření pro bezpečný pohyb na internetu a sociálních sítích.

Abstract:

The topic of the presented thesis is risks of the Internet and social networks for minors. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the basic terms, such as minors, the Internet, and social networks. Furthermore, the possible risks that threaten minors on the Internet and social networks and negative effects on minors are listed. At the end of the theoretical part, organizations and associations that deal with safe using of the Internet and social network and recommendations for parents are presented. The practical part is evaluated on the basis of a questionnaire survey aimed at minor respondents. At the end of the bachelor’s thesis, possible preventive measures for safe movement on the Internet and social networks are recommended.
