Studium konformačního chování restrikční endonukleasy HincII metodami molekulové dynamiky umožní poznat, jak interakce restrikčních endonukleas s DNA probíhají. Molecular dynamics study of conformational behaviour of restriction endonuclease can describe the interactions of restriction endonucleases with DNA. Molecular dynamics can describe changes in shorter time than the experiment.
