Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se soustřeďuje na zástavbu proluky v chráněné památkové zóně s přihlédnutím k podmínkám územního plánu a požadavkům na památkovou ochranu území. Předmětem je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro stavební povolení.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on development of a vacant lot in the heritage protection zone with consideration of the conditions and requirements of the zoning plan for protected areas. The object of the bachelor thesis is a project documentation for building permits.
