Abstract:

Jako téma mé bakalářské práce jsem si vybrala „Podnikatelský záměr pro začínající nebo rozšíření stávajících aktivit MSP“. Cílem práce je zpracovat reálný podnikatelský plán založení podniku. Konkrétněji fitness centra Healthiness, s. r. o.. V první části bakalářské práce popisuji teorii základních pojmů jako je podnik, podnikání, podnikatel. Dále se zabývám problematikou založení podniku, tedy jaké jsou druhy obchodních společností a jejich základní charakteristiky. V závěru této části bakalářské práce rozebírám zejména teorii podnikatelského záměru. Teoretická část vychází především z odborné literatury a internetu. Druhá část bakalářské práce je zaměřená na praktickou část podnikatelského záměru. Hlavním úkolem je vypracování reálného podnikatelského záměru pro založení fitness centra za pomoci poznatků z první části bakalářské práce. V závěru bakalářské práce zhodnotím podnikatelský plán, a zdali došlo ke splnění cíle bakalářské práce.

Abstract:

I have chosen "Business plan for starting or expanding existing SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) activities" as the topic of my bachelor thesis. To elaborate a real business plan for establishing a company is the aim of my work more specifically a fitness center Healthiness Ltd. At the first part of the thesis I analyze mainly the theoretical description of the business plan, its purpose, general requirements and business plan structure. The theoretical part is based mainly on professional literature and the Internet. The second part of the thesis is focused on the practical part of the business plan. To elaborate a real business plan for establishing a fitness center was the main task. Knowledge from the first part of the thesis helped me a lot here. In the conclusion of the bachelor thesis I will evaluate the business plan and whether the goal of the bachelor thesis was fulfilled.
