Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce zahrnuje ve své první části charakteristiky dobře známé patogenní bakterie Staphylococcus aureus. Dále se zabývá toxiny, které stojí za patogenitou uvedené bakterie a jsou příčinou mnoha infekčních onemocnění. Text práce je zaměřen na metody detekce těchto nebezpečných toxinů.
Abstract:
The first part of this thesis includes characteristics of well-known pathogen Staphylococcus aureus. Following part is about toxins, which is the main reason of pathogenity and it causes lot of illnesses. The text is focused on methods of detection those dangerous toxins.
