Cílem této diplomové práce je zpracovat analýzu vybraného podniku za využití stakeholderského přístupu. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou. The main goal of this thesis is to compile an analysis of chosen company by using a stakeholder process. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In theoretical part there are defined parts of strategic management strategic analysis and mainly stakeholder process and stakeholder analysis. Everything was found in specialised literature.
