Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá konceptem Průmysl 4.0 a dopady jím způsobené na specifikaci pracovního místa. Průmysl 4.0, často také označován jako Industry 4.0 je relativně mladý pojem, který vznikl v Německu. Jedná se o zastřešení, či pojmenování další strukturální změny společnosti – 4. průmyslové revoluce. Typickými hesly spojenými s touto koncepcí jsou Data, cloudy, systémová integrace, umělá inteligence, senzory, chytrá továrna, pokročilá automatizace a robotizace. Průmysl 4.0 velmi široce zasahuje celou společnost a mimo výroby samotné asi nevíce ovlivní strukturu pracovního trhu. Již nyní se projevují velké změny na trhu práce, ale i systému školství a připravenosti státu na chystané změny. Tato práce se věnuje identifikaci dopadů Průmyslu 4.0 na specifikaci pracovního místa, tj. části pracovního míst pojící se s člověkem a jeho charakteristikou. Díky aktualitě tématu a neexistenci literatury popisující již reálné dopady Průmyslu 4.0 byl výzkum této práce pojat jako explorativní vícenásobná případová studie zkoumající míru dopadů na specifikaci pracovního místa, která se se soustředila na oblasti automobilového průmyslu a průmyslové automatizace. Pro zajištění vyšší míry objektivity bylo v každém kontextu zvoleno dvou vnořených jednotek výzkumu.

Abstract:

This master thesis is about the concept of Industry 4.0 and its impact on the person specification. Industry 4.0 is a relatively young term originated in Germany. This term covers another huge structural change of society - the 4th industrial revolution. Typical keywords associated with this concept are Big Data, Clouds System Integration, Artificial Intelligence, Sensors, Smart Factory, Advanced Automation, and Robotics.Industry 4.0 has a very wide impact on society and affects not just the production, but also the entire labor structure. There are already big changes in the labor market, as well as the education system and the state's preparedness for catch-up changes. This work is focused on identifying the impacts of Industry 4.0 on the person specification (description of job connected to people and their characteristics).Due to the actuality of the topic and the lack of literature describing the already real impacts of Industry 4.0, for the research of this paper was used exploratory multiple embedded case study. The goal of the case study was exploring impact on person specification from automotive and industrial automation field. Due to a higher objectivity of the research was explored two embedded research units in each context.
